Sally Leaman, Partner and Head of Family DepartmentSally qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has 17 years experience in family law. Sally undertakes all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements, disputes regarding the arrangements for children and cohabitation disputes. In particular she has dealt with many complex financial settlements involving high net worth individuals, business and trust assets and assets abroad. In addition Sally has acted for police officers across the UK for a number of years involving the particular considerations arising from the treatment of police pensions on divorce. Sally is committed to providing proactive and constructive advice tailored to the needs of each individual client in order to achieve the best solution for their requirements. She is a member of Resolution. |

Nicola Fraser, Senior AssociateNicola’s specialisms comprise all areas of Family Law, including divorce, complicated financial matters, pensions, issues relating to children and domestic violence. In particular, Nicola has acquired expertise in relation to police divorces, which has included the provision of training to Greater Manchester Police. Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in Private Law, Children and Domestic Violence. Nicola is a member of Resolution and a Resolution trained Collaborative Solicitor. |

Kerry Russell, AssociateKerry qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. Both during her training, and following qualification, Kerry has developed her experience in Family Law. Kerry regularly advises clients in relation to divorce, financial and property disputes, children matters and domestic violence.
