Kirsty has many years' experience dealing with all aspects of family law, and several years' experience specialising in resolving the marital breakdown of Police Officers.
Kirsty has acted for many police officers of all ranks for several years and is an expert in dealing with the police pension. Kirsty's strengths include work in Children Act cases, cohabitee disputes and complicated financial settlements.
Kirsty is committed to reaching the best possible outcome in all her cases through negotiation and a non-confrontational approach if possible. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and an avid supporter of mediation. However, should court proceedings become necessary, Kirsty is a highly experienced Family Court Advocate.
